Chic Of The Week

Today I wore my faux fur vest with a navy striped sweater, I was somewhat skeptical but it proved to be one of my favorite outfits….despite what others might have thought

I will always love fur, as long as its faux!

Here is some GISELE CHIC inspiration….

By far my favorite fur look! So simply chic and clean! Just the right touch of luxe with the fur wrap, soft black leather handbag, and velvety suede peep toe pumps..(I have a very similar pair and LOVE them!) The black tights make these shoes Fall fashion ready..can’t wait to emulate this look!

Ashley Olsen looks like a goddess in this princess, ethereal, sheer tooled gown. The jacket adds the the right amount of bold to balance it out…instant sophistication 

I love how brown fur vests look so clean with white; either a blouse or dress, just overall easy

These boots could easily look tacky if done wrong, and probably are hard to pair with bolder outfits…I love the look here but don’t think I would invest in the trend

This is the look I sported towards the end of my semester abroad in Verona, a fur vest and Uggs (mine were rolled over exposing the sheepskin) I am not positive it would go over well in the States, but the image brings back fond memories of fashion freedom! 

I have a white fur vest sitting in my closet with the tag still on…I just need a nice white blouse with a soft print like this (above)! Great inspiration! 

As a fan of emerald green, I would totally condone this use of color, especially since it’s small and compliments the black

Wish I could pull this look off without looking over indulged…this is one of those “Olsen exclusive” looks….

At the end of the day, fur can give an edge to style, boho chic looks like these make me feel like a Rockstar…
