Perhaps…after being in a dark room for two hours, mesmerized by the devastating beauty of Melancholia, eloquently described as “a beautiful film about the end of the world,” the line between real and surreal was too skewed for me to shake without a heightened sense of awareness, this was a film that moved me, in a wonderful and yet enchantingly distressful way….
