My Southern Belle Moment

When I think of southern glamour it's all about the drama to me. So anything draped, caped, shawled, embellished, shiny, colorful was what I was looking for. Fortunately I found this vintage Vera Wang gown with a matching shawl in one of my favorite colors, a jewel tone I knew would pair well with a well preserved fireplace backdrop. Aside from removing the spaghetti straps the dress needed absolutely no alterations which was astounding to me since I change quite literally everything I buy! It worked our perefctly and I truly felt like a Southern Belle! Xx
