Parisian Balcony Breakfast

I woke up on our last morning in Paris eager to check off two more boxes; a run through the early morning light and a stop at a fabulous patisserie before putting that stunning large balcony to use.

Fortunately the rain had cleared and the city gave me perfect conditions with a fall like temperature, cleared streets and some sun!

Pâtisserie Pickup

I ended my short run at La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac, one a few places in the 8th open early on a Sunday morning and of course, super chic with the most stunning array of French pastries to choose from. They have multiple locations and I would highly recommend any of the tarts!

Oui Oui!

Once back to Hotel Montesquieu, I immediately took full advantage of the sunshine and set up a little spread for Arthur and I to bask in the last of our time in Paris. The balcony was my number one priority in choosing a hotel room and this suite’s view checked every box, including a sliver of the teeny top of the Eiffel Tower.

It’s safe to safe this balcony breakfast I’d been dreaming of all these years most certainly lived up to the hype! xx
